Baked Fish - Submitted By: Sharron M.


  Ingredients:
 
     Fish Fillets (tilapia, trout, white fish, etc.)
     1/2 Tablespoon of Olive Oil for each fillet
     1 Teaspoon of Butter for each fillet
     1 Teaspoon of garlic salt and pepper for each fillet
     1 Thin Lemon Wedge for each fillet
 
    Directions:

     Place individual fillets in foil, drizzle with oil and butter.  Sprinkle on seasoning and top with lemon slice.  Wrap tightly, bake on grill at 350 degree for 20 minutes or until fish flakes.  Enjoy!
