In just the last few years, I've started including kale in my diet. Kale is rich with vitamins and one of the healthiest greens out there.
At first, I wasn't to happy with the rough texture that scraped the roof of my mouth.
I had enjoyed steamed spinach, so I thought perhaps that steaming the kale might make the texture easier to tolerate.
The result was amazing and most delicious so I hope you try it too!
Ingredients:
Kale
Lemon
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Fill the bottom of
the pot with water. Wash your portion of kale and place in pot. Steam until
tender. Remove from heat. Squeeze lemon over the leaves and spread with butter
until melted. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
