Ginger Noodles & Veggies Stir-Fry - Submitted By: Sharron M.


Ingredients
¼ Cup Sesame Seed Paste
¼ Cup Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Grated Fresh Ginger
1 Tbsp. Honey
¼ Tbsp. Kosher Salt
8 oz. Linguine
3 Cups Broccoli Florets
8 oz. Sugar Snap Pea Pods Halved
2 Carrots Peeled
¼ Cup Chopped Peanuts
¼ Cup Water



Directions:
Combine sesame, lemon juice, water, ginger, honey, and salt. Cook Linguine, drain, and rinse under cold water. Cook broccoli, peas, carrots, and sauce mixture. Pour over noodles and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Enjoy!
