Beef Roast BBQ Sandwiches - Sharron M. & Kristen M.


     My sister and I are both teachers, and sometimes we come up a little short on time.  This meal is quick and doesn't require hovering, stirring, basting, etc.

     It is actually very easy, and requires very little cleanup.  The sandwiches are so delicious.  Especially if served with a small salad, bowl of baked beans, or some steamed vegetables.  We hope you enjoy.

Ingredients:
Beef Roast (enough to feed your family)
Wheat Buns (for however many sandwiches you are making)
Green Onions/ Chives for Garnish
BBQ Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder

Directions:

     Cook your beef roast in a covered crock-pot on high, with enough water to cover the bottom.  Let slow cook throughout the day until finished.  Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.  Add BBQ sauce (desired amount).

    Scoop mixture into buns, sprinkle with green onions/chives.  Serve & Enjoy.
