Then my friend, Rebekah, came over. She fixed the BBQ chicken and baked it! What a splendid idea. We made a few more tweaks to the recipe and came out with this version. It is actually very tasty and if you are running short on time, you can skip the marinating process because the foil helps to keep the chicken moist and tender while cooking. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Chicken (This can be boneless breasts, drumsticks, or thighs)
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
Butter or Coconut Oil
Your Desired Amount of BBQ Sauce
Directions:
Place chicken in a gallon zip-lock bag, along with water, cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Let marinate for an half an hour. Rub the baking sheet with your butter/coconut oil (you might want to cover your baking sheet with foil as this will speed up the cleaning process later on). Mix onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and BBQ Sauce together.
If you want to, you can melt some extra butter/coconut oil and brush it onto the chicken before baking. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange chicken on baking sheet so that nothing overlaps, cover with foil. Bake for thirty minutes. Flip chicken. Bake until juices run clear, then brush both sides of the chicken with your BBQ sauce mixture. Allow to cook for ten minutes, brush both sides again. Cook 10 minutes more. And enjoy!
